WHEN YOU SUPPORT THE MERRILL MUSEUM...

When you support the Merrill Museum in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, you're doing so much more than preserving history. Every donation, visit, and shared story helps restore the legacy of Merrill High School, one of Pine Bluff’s most cherished institutions.

Thanks to the Merrill Restoration Alliance, the museum is evolving into a vibrant community hub, showcasing memorabilia from Pine Bluff’s historically Black schools and hosting educational, cultural, and youth-centered events.

Your support keeps the doors open so future generations can walk through a space built on pride, perseverance, and purpose.

You are honoring the resilience of alumni who rebuilt after tragedy.

"There’s something powerful about knowing where you come from the stories, the struggles, the triumphs. That’s why I stand behind the work being done to preserve the legacy of Merrill High School, a cornerstone of education and excellence in Pine Bluff from 1886 to 1975."

-Jamal Gordon

"The Merrill Historical Museum plays a crucial role in maintaining the historical identity of Pine Bluff and serves as

a resource for future generations."

-Tiffany Copeland

"While this project has been a labor of love. It is my sincere desire that the legacy of Merrill High remains alive, active and thriving in Pine Bluff, surrounding areas, the state of Arkansas and the nation.

That the current citizens learn and recognize the foundation laid by their ancestors (not only at Merrill) should be respected, encouraged, and especially 'passed on'...and that 'The Spirit Lives'."

-Juanita Currie
